Aged Parent (Subclass 804) Visa allows aged parents to remain in Australia permanently, with their children who are living in Australia. This visa requires that you be sponsored by your child, or another eligible sponsor, in Australia and meet the age, health and  character requirements.

Contributory Parent (Subclass 143) Visa is for the parent of a child who is a settled Australian citizen; settled permanent resident or settled eligible New Zealand citizen and the sponsor should be ready to give an undertaking stating that he would provide support, accommodation and financial assistance for the applicant and the applicant’s accompanies.
